RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds or accept returns on our products. The ingredients and product information are clearly displayed on the product, and it is your responsibility to ensure that the product is suitable for you before making a purchase. As our products are for personal use, we are unable to accept returns if the deodorant doesn’t meet your expectations, doesn’t work for you, or if you develop a sensitivity. However, you are welcome to contact us regarding your situation, and we may consider making an exception.
Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies only to products that are sealed, unopened, and in their original condition. If the product has been tampered with or misused in any way, you will not be eligible for a refund. In order to qualify for a refund, you must follow all instructions, including detoxing from all other deodorants. If you’ve used the deodorant within the first two weeks without completing the full detox period, and it hasn’t worked as expected, you will not be eligible for a refund. Additionally, if the use of other deodorants has caused damage to your skin, making RAGE7 ineffective, you must follow additional steps outlined by customer service. In such cases, you will not be eligible for a refund.
If your product has been delivered to the wrong address or returned to us due to an incorrect address provided in your order, our team will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Please note that reshipment will incur an additional charge, and a refund will not be issued if requested.
If the product has been sent to the wrong address due to an error on RAGE7's part, we will cover the cost of reshipment or provide a refund, per your request.

DELIVERY
